1. We use vegan nail polishes.
   Here’s the thing about nail polishes – they all look so alluring that it’s so easy to dismiss the fact that they contain really harmful chemicals. Some brands also use animal derivatives such as pigments from insects (crushed beetles!), as well as fish scales and oyster shells to create a metallic effect. We use Zoya vegan nail polishes that do not have all those. Vegan polishes are 5-free – they do not contain these carcinogens: dibutyl phthalate (DBP), toluene, formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin and camphor. They are also cruelty-free (no animal derivatives and not tested on animals) and 100% safe to use, even by expectant mothers and kids!
2. We use organic and natural products.
   They are safe on your skin, and safe for the environment, too! We use organic scrub, soak, lotion, massage oil and wraps that are infused with natural essential oils to leave your skin and nails healthier. Brown paper towels, organic cotton balls, acetone-free nail polish removers and ethanol alcohol are also used for the services. Beeswax paraffin, alongside biodegradable cling wrap, are used for paraffin bath treatments. Organic cotton threads and cornstarch are used for threading, and sugar wax for waxing.
3. We observe eco-friendly practices.
   Instead of using a washing machine to clean our laundry, French Tips opts to hand wash them. Not only does it conserve electricity, this practice saves on water as well. French Tips also uses recyclable packaging such as jars and bottles for its tools and decorations.It doesn’t really take much to do much. All it takes is to be aware of the impact you have on the environment and make eco-conscious decisions to make a difference.
